A few missing details in Taryns Post...

Taryn left out a few minor details in our night...

1. When we decided we were going to pull an allniter, I realized I needed proper attire, clothes other then my work clothes. So we went to my house to get them. Taryn's outfit was the funniest thing I have ever seen her wear! Let's start at the top...

Leopard Print Hat
Yellow Shirt
Teal capries (yes capries in the winter)
wool socks that came up to the end of the capries
Leopard Print slippers

and to top it off... a white robe over all of this. Enough said.

And besides the robe, she wore all of this to Steak and Shake in the morning.

2. I did not sleep for that long. I feel asleep on and off for one hour and was awake before and after that.

3. We played a first grade game on the internet for awhile because I couldn't figure out how to win. Taryn won.

4. Watched Roseanne.

5. I laughed deleriously at everything said.

6. Taryn's mom yelled at her for not washing her hair or something and it was extremely funny.

7. her mom said "Taryn, I left you notes" Taryn said "I know mom, I saw" her mom said ", no i left more of them" guess you had to be there for that one to be funny,

8. We went to Ihop, but it was closed.

That's about it. Just a few minor details.

Yeah... I think a lot of that stuff was way funnier if you were actually there. Not to mention the fact that everything seems funnier and more hysterical when you have little sleep....

Oh, our many memories...

#1 rule when dressing for an allnighter. Make sure your hat and slippers match.

Wow, sounds most excellent. I don't think my question on Ts blog got answered. Was this seriously her first all nighter? Glad to see you make such good use of time that could otherwise have been wasted by sleeping:)

Justin- ok YES, it was my first technical all-nighter. My other all-nighters have been disrupted by small frequencies of sleep. But this one was completely hard-core, staying up the COMPLETE WHOLE time until 6 a.m.

is 6am the cutoff for making it an allnighter? doesn't sound very difficult, but i guess if you've never done it before...

It wasn't difficult. I just never really had a great reason to do it before. Yes, 6 a.m. is the official cut off. Why? Because. On average, it's the earliest one would get up (for work, school, whatever).

Who made 6 am the cut off??? I think you have to go all night, plus then all day. That's an all niter.
