Am I older?

I am writing this at 1:27. My birthday. I do not feel older. I am no longer a teenager and I should feel all grown up... but I don't. When do you start feeling grown up? Or do you ever? I am glad I am 20. I was kind of sick of the teenage years and I would n ever ever go back if I had to. Haha. I've only been done with them for an hour and a half and I'm talking like it was a long time ago. Oh, 20. I'll let you know when I feel older. You older ones.... and you know who you are... :) Did you ever start feeling old? Or feel like an adult?

What makes me feel old...

When I see a 16 year old getting there permit... that was forever ago.

When someone calls me ma'am at Texas Roadhouse...Do I look like a ma'am??!?!?!

When I babysit kids for a whole week

When I think about my one friend getting married...she's my age and she's getting married this summer?!?! Who gets married at the age of 19?!?!?! No one. It shouldn't be allowed.

When I think "I"m half way to 40"

When I realized I don't enjoy Halloween at all

When I look at my driver's license and see little 16 year old me. I was so pathetic. You have to see my drivers license to understand. I don't look like I should even be in junior high let alone be driving. I hate looking so young. :(

When I think about all my friends who moved away. :(

When I watch cartoons... oh wait I still love cartoons. Ecspecially Kim Possible because she is the coolest.

When I think back and I got so excited over the dumbest things, and my friends and I thought the dumbest things were fun, like hiding in tuba cases and dancing in playing quizzes in orchestra, and making movies... oh wait we still do that one too. haha.

Ok. I'm done.

Love ya all!!!
The Twenty Year Old Kristi

And what a great birthday... you got to spend most of it with ME! And the other half with your other favorite person, Jared. So, again I say, what a great birthday.

I can't believe you are the big two zero. It is crazy. I feel like just yesterday we were on bus trips with the Mortonaires, making chocolate dip cones at Dairy Queen, and sitting in Rebmann's class writing messages to people in the next hour with her little magnet words. Time flies, and it flies even more the older you get.

Do you remember when you, me, and Abi used to get in fights? Rush Hour? Silly putty? Back rubs? Euchre in Tennessee with Meg Keiser and her ordering a frosty with a British accent? Laps around the bus? Thirsty Palm Trees? Skit with Eric? Tire swing with Marla?

Oh, how I love to reminisce...
